- All T-shirts are embroidered

- How can I make sure of my size?
- Please make sure of your size through our size chart.
- I didn’t receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
- Please check your spam/junk mail in case the order confirmation has landed in there. If you still can't find your order confirmation please contact us.
- Can I try the products on while the courier waits?
- Yes you can. Returns while courier is at your door will cost the shipping fee

- [PRE-ORDER]is custom-made for you , so we do not offer returns or exchanges.
- What is your Exchange/Refund policy?
- Exchanges and refunds are valid within 3 days of receiving the order, with a EGP 50 shipping/pick-up fee.
- *Please note that eclipse has the right to refuse accepting returned items if used and if without original packaging condition.
- *Note that if a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the address of the original order and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.
- *Exchanged products should be unused and returned with original packaging condition.
